Highlight: The Savute Channel

Situated in the south western part of Chobe National Park, the Savute Channel and adjacent marshlands is a haven to large herds of wildlife, including elephant, buffalo, zebra, impala, wildebeest, and the predators that follow closely behind. In the distance the Gubatsa Hills, formed millions of years ago, rise dramatically out of the completely flat landscape.
